Additionally, we design and integrate conveyor systems to create a fully synchronized workflow, including precise grade verification using Keyence systems.

Our fully customized solution for camshaft deburring leverages a high-performance collaborative robot (cobot) equipped with offset calibration using specialized probes. This innovative system seamlessly integrates the cobot with CNC systems, enabling the deburring of up to 120 different part types on the same machine. Additionally, advanced laser sensors ensure precise job placement, consistently delivering industry-standard quality and reliability.
